Founder & CEO
Mark Boyle has over a decade of human resource experience working in various industries and supporting Fortune 500 organizations and start-ups. He has expertise in evaluating and implementing hiring initiatives, driving D&I strategies, developing interview and retention programs, and leading teams to achieve business objectives. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He is further developing his executive coaching skills at New York University (NYU), and he is currently utilizing science-based coaching techniques from The NeuroLeadership Institute.
